Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at contact@kidaro.shop. with their order details and reason for return. Once the return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Products must not be sent back without prior authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
